Christopher Glamorganshire is going to court. This will make interesting reading for Welsh bloggers, though its implications will only affect bloggers in the civil service.
Glyn Davies accuses the state of being heavy handed. I'm not sure what Glyn's definition of "the state" is in this context.

I don't know but I seem to remember that Christopher Glamorgan's blog openly identified its author as a Conservative or at least a Cosnervative sympathiser.
Given the battles that succsesive Welsh Governements have had against obstructionist, low talent, anti- Welsh civil servants maybe this blog (which was well written and enjoyable to read) fell prey to the need to remind WAG civil-servants that they are servants of Wales not the guardians of a colonial anciene-regime.
